Our upfront process
Initial Specifications
Our first step is to determine room size, door positioning, windows, skylights and any other design elements you would like. Changing a rooms layout will incur extra costs such as Door position, adding or changing windows – we will work with you to minimise the impact if budget is a concern to you.
Room Layout
Before starting your project we work with you on considerations that you should make on room layout. For example for bathrooms, will your new bathroom be an ensuite or a single layout bathroom?
Added Elements
Regardless of whether you are adding new or updating, there are new elements that you will potentially need to add. We will help you understand if your desired layout will require us to add Windows, Doors, Floor/Ceiling, moving walls, power outlets, plumbing, new bath, Spa/Sauna or built in fixtures. All added elements will incur extra cost for tradespeople, we will work with you to minimise the impact if budget is a concern to you.
